Giving Hearts Card of Thanks

Do something special that makes an impact on ones you love, as well as those wanting to travel to receive treatment for Ocular Melanoma. When you give a donation to the Eye on Grace Foundation of $25 or more for  Giving Hearts Day, we will send a recipient of your choice one of the following cards.  We are offering a card for encouragement and a card of thanks.  All you have to do is

1. Chose your card
2. Enter the recipients name and address and leave the rest to us.
3. We will mail a hard copy to your recipient. This is a gift that is $25. Each recipient will be sent an acknowledgement that a gift was made on their behalf for the Eye on Grace Foundation.  This is the "Thank You Card." See the message on the inside of the card and on the back:
