1. What is Eye on Grace Art?

Eye on Grace Art is an arm of the Eye on Grace Foundation. It specializes in selling watercolor inspirational cards, notecards, and gifts with a portion of the proceeds going to help people with Ocular Melanoma travel for treatment. Our products are designed to bring positivity and inspiration into life and make perfect gifts for any occasion.

2. What is included in the inspirational card packages?

Each package has 12 interchangeable cards with the intention to change the cards out once a month. The package includes a 5 x 7 acrylic frame for display.

 

3. Can I order just cards without the frames? 

To order just the cards without the acrylic frame go to Cards only. Choose your set of cards and order.

4. How do I display the cards in the acrylic frame?

Displaying the cards in the acrylic frame is simple and hassle-free. The frame features a magnetic closure, allowing you to easily insert and remove the cards as desired. Simply slide the cards into the frame and enjoy the beautiful display.

5. What if a product is delivered damaged or broken?

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at eyeongraceart@gmail.com and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

6. Can I purchase individual cards or frames?

Yes, we offer individual cards and frames for purchase. You can browse our collection to find the perfect card or frame that suits your needs. Whether you're looking for a single card to send a thoughtful message or a frame to showcase your favorite photo, we've got you covered.

7. Can I place a special order?

Our cards are suitable for a wide range of occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and more. If you like to customize a package, just email us at eyeongraceart@gmail.com with the specific cards you would like. We will do our best to meet your specific request. Individual cards are $2.50 each plus shipping. They can be sold by themselves or with a frame/stand.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you can enter your address to see if international shipping is available for your location. Please note additional customs fees and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your package. We will provide instructions on how to return the items for a refund or exchange.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For domestic orders, please allow 3-5 for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. Please note these are estimated shipping times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
